REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
As MILOU MILOU garments are made to order, we generally cannot offer exchange or refunds for change of mind. But, our policy is to work things out each and every time.
We do understand the disappointment of receiving a item not as imagined, it's the reason MILOU MILOU exists. Hence, if we can use garments in-house, we will be happy to offer returns at our discretion, on a case by case basis.
Always choose carefully, and on several devices. Our high res shade images have been colour graded exactly to the actual tone of the fabrics, but devices and platforms can alter the delivery of these tones. If in doubt, we offer a bespoke digital service - please reach out at email@example.com so we can help get you the exact garments you require.
In the event incorrect garments (not to specification) are delivered, or garments are defective, we will rectify or refund at the buyers discretion. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any errors immediately.
