As MILOU MILOU garments are made to order, we generally cannot offer exchange or refunds for change of mind. But, our policy is to work things out each and every time.
We do understand the disappointment of receiving a item not as imagined, it is one of the core reasons MILOU MILOU was founded. Hence, if we can use garments in-house, we will be happy to offer returns at our discretion, on a case by case basis.
Our high resolution shade images have been colour graded exactly to the actual tone of the fabrics, but devices and platforms can alter the presentation of these tones. Tones are also known to undulate in pigmentation and depth with each new run, slight variations are to be expected. If in doubt, we offer a bespoke digital service - please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help get you the exact garments you require.
In order to offer 100% custom made products, MILOU MILOU does not commission our own dying of fabrics, and prefers to work at a smaller, more niche and sustainable scale. As such, stock availability is subject to change at any time, and from time to time this may happen after an order is placed. Whenever this happens we'll reach out and find a solution. If delivery looks like it may fall outside our standard three week lead time, we aim to inform you within a week of your order. This is all part of our model which aims to be less invasive on our environment.
In the unlikely event incorrect garments (not to specification) are delivered, or garments are defective, we will rectify or refund at the buyers discretion. Please email email@example.com to notify us of any errors immediately.
