We ship from Sydney, Australia, using flat rates:

Australia up to $450 - $25
Australia over $450 - $10

New Zealand up to 5kg - $25
New Zealand over 5kg - $40 

Europe up to 5kg - $40
Europe over 5kg - $75 

Everywhere else up to 5kg - $30
Everywhere else over 5kg - $60

 

MILOU MILOU accepts no liability for orders once they leave our studio, although we will do our very best to resolve or assist in any transit issues.

Any international customs or duties incurred are the buyer’s responsibility. We will state the manufacture cost only on our packages.

 

Following shipment, our delivery timeframes are:

• New Zealand: 2 – 10 business days
• Asia Pacific: 6 – 14 business days
• Western Europe: 6 – 12 business days
• North America & Middle East: 6-12 business days
• Rest of world: 6 – 12 business days

 

Please note delays may occur if your shipment is held in customs. If you do require express shipping, please email us at orders@miloumilou.com within 7 days - while your garments are being made, we can discuss the best shipping option.
